Our relationship with Rolex is a long and proud one, and Tuesday, 2 May as we welcomed guests to London’s prominent neoclassical Victoria House, to be the first retailer in the UK to showcase the latest Rolex Baselworld 2017 Collection.
Upon arrival, clients were greeted and escorted through to the viewing gallery for canapes, champagne & cocktails, followed by an evening of fine dining, entertainment, expert panel discussion and demonstrations from watchmakers. Throughout the course of the evening presentations from our own CEO, Brian Duffy and Managing Director of Rolex Richard De Leyser took place, cementing the unique relationship we share.
The unique venue allowed us to take clients on a journey through the history of Rolex, the philanthropic nature of the brand and finally culminating in a showcase of the 2017 Baselworld collection, where we offered a range of pieces available for purchase.
Here at Watches of Switzerland, we were honoured to be given this unique opportunity to present the fantastic new collection to our clients in such a stunning venue.
Since its inauguration in 1905, Rolex has always been a name closely linked with the world of sports, aviation, diving, motor racing and expeditions due to its technical performance and valuable attributes. Iconic watches from Rolex such as Yachtmaster and Cosmograph Daytona have been at the forefront of the horology world, and have been released as part of the expanding range.
