Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders are usually despatched within 3-5 days, and will be delivered to your chosen showroom within 48 hours of despatching your order. Occasionally your order may take a little longer, but if that's the case we will contact you by telephone or email and let you know.

When your order has arrived at your chosen showroom, our showroom team will telephone you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your purchases.

How To Order

If your chosen item isn't stocked locally, you can purchase online for free delivery to a Watches of Switzerland Group showroom of your choice and we will notify you as soon as it's ready for collection.

1. Enjoy browsing our website
2. Add your chosen purchase(s) to your basket
3. In the checkout, select "Click & Collect" as your delivery option
4. Find your nearest or chosen showroom
5. Finalise your payment and complete your order
6. Your chosen store will contact you once your order has arrived and arrange a convenient date and time for you to collect

What You'll Need When Collecting

Firstly, we must let you know no other persons are authorised to collect your order. We’re sorry if this inconveniences you in any way but it is a security safeguard for you and every client.

1. A copy of your order acknowledgement email
2. The original payment card (used to verify your order where a card payment has been made)
3. Photo ID - Either a current passport, driving licence or a UK National ID card

Exclusions

There are a few. Click & Collect is unavailable for orders paid on Interest Free Credit. Our Watches of Switzerland Airport Showrooms are also excluded.
