Step two: Paying for your purchase
We make our service completely hassle free – you won’t need to calculate a thing as we do it all for you automatically. UK VAT will be taken from the cost of your purchase and just one price will be shown for shipping to your preferred destination. Our colleagues can provide you with the cost for local taxes and duties per country at the time of the transaction. So sit back and relax knowing we’ve got it covered.
Step three: Enjoy your new luxury purchase
Our exceptional service ensures that your goods are delivered straight to your door, meaning you can enjoy your new luxury purchase at home without any extra luggage or cumbersome bags while you travel back. All guarantees, papers and warranties will be included with your purchase, and you can take advantage of our aftercare services when you are back in the UK.

Our team will help clarify which pre-owned models may be eligible for this service. We also exclude the shipping of any materials or leathers that need a CITES licence.

Purchases made on-line are subject to UK VAT and must be shipped to a UK address.
What is the Virtual Boutique?
Our Virtual Boutique team are equipped with all of the knowledge and insight into international shipping and will be able to support you through your online purchase. They are available to book on a one-to-one basis and make it a simple process from helping to choose a piece to talking you through any information you may want in advance.

At the time of purchase, all you need to do is communicate to the showroom team member that you wish for your goods to be shipped internationally and they will take care of the rest for you. Which brands/products are excluded?
Exclusions apply on applicable brands and categories of timepieces. Our service excludes Rolex, Patek Philippe and TUDOR as well as some pre-owned models. Our team will help clarify which pre-owned models may be eligible for this service.
Which countries are eligible?
We ship to most destinations across the world and our showroom and online experts are able to provide you with final destination details that may vary from time to time.
Do I receive any warranties or guarantees?
As with any of our transactions, you will receive your guarantees, warranties, and receipts with your order which allows you to take advantage of our Aftercare services. Some charges may apply for returns, repairs and replacements and our experts can advise on these prior to sending.
What are the local taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties tend to vary from country to country as well as differ across a multitude of products. Our showroom and online experts are able to provide an estimated cost at the time of purchase as to what this should be for you. However, final charges applied by the relevant authorities in the final destination may differ and the responsibility for this change in charges rests with the customer/recipient of the goods.
Is there a delivery charge?
All delivery charges and any import duties vary across the world and therefore our showroom or Virtual Boutique teams can assist you with a quote once you have made your timepiece selection.
