This 39mm Heuer Carrera Montreal style is a 160th anniversary limited-edition with three blue azurage counters and a blue & white opaline dial. The unmistakable Carrera name and Heuer shield are printed on the dial, which is protected by a domed sapphire crystal that gives the watch a retro appearance. The case is made of polished steel and a steel screw-down sapphire case back engraved with "ONE of 1000" numbering. It is elegantly matched with a blue alligator strap. This tribute model is powered by our Heuer 02 movement, entirely Swiss-made in TAG Heuer’s Chevenez manufacture.
Uncluttered white with subtle touches of blue and red scale flange, red central hand, yellow Super-Luminova® treated hour & minute hands and the hour chronograph counter: this timepiece is a reminiscent of the Heuer Carrera Montreal piece from 70's, an iconic timepiece since it's introduction almost 60 years ago and who has carried the brand’s racing heritage and daring spirit through the decades.
This anniversary edition echoes some signature innovations of the original Heuer Carrera Montreal: applied indexes following the angle of the flange, opal white dial with subtle yellow touch. The redesigned oscillating weight, visible through the screwed-down sapphire crystal, is adorned with a lacquer-filled engraving that distinguishes the timepiece as an anniversary edition. This model is presented in special packaging.
This tribute limited-edition model is powered by our Heuer 02 movement, a sophisticated in-house innovation entirely Swiss-made in TAG Heuer’s Chevenez manufacture. It comprises a column wheel and a vertical clutch – signatures of improved chronograph timekeeping and high-quality manufacture movements – and boasts an impressive power reserve of 80 hours.
