When will I receive my gift card?

You will receive your e-gift card via email within 5 working days after your order has been delivered. In most cases, you will receive it on the same day that you receive your item.

How do I use my gift card?

Using your gift card is easy. After entering and confirming your delivery details, you will reach the 'Review & Pay' checkout page. Click 'Show available options' under the Gift Card section. Click 'Gift Card' and enter your details and the gift card details from the email we sent you. If you still have a remaining balance to pay, please use an additional payment method.

To use your e-gift card in one of our showrooms simply present the email with the gift card details to the colleague that is assisting you.

How can I check the balance of my gift card?

If you would like to check the balance of your Gift Card, you can register for an online client account and use our balance check facility.

What can I buy with my gift card?

Gift cards can be used towards the purchase of any item in stock on our website or in our showrooms. Excludes Rolex.

Can I use my gift card in showrooms?

Your e-gift card can be used in showrooms and online.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Your gift card is valid for 6 months from the date you receive it.

Can I Keep The Gift Card If I Return The Original Item I Bought?

No, if you return the original item that made you applicable for the gift card promotion, your gift card will become void. If you have already used the gift card, the spent balance will be deducted from your refund. You can view our returns policy here.
