PaybyLink Terms for Bespoke Design and Repair

The terms and conditions for use of the PayByLink Service ("the Service") for the purchase of bespoke design and repair services and products are detailed below and in the PayByLink click here and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

Please note, any use of the Service or purchase made through the Service constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below as well as shown here PaybyLink Terms

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this Service shall be governed and construed according to English law. Any disputes between us that are not resolved may be brought in the Courts of England and Wales or if you live in a different country they may be brought in the Court of that country.

Costs and timescales of design and/or repair work are estimates only. If upon inspection further work or parts are found to be required a re-estimate for the cost and the timescale will be provided.

To proceed with a bespoke commission, payment of a minimum of 50% of the estimated price is required. This payment is non-refundable.

Products deposited with us for design or repair services will only be released for collection on production of the receipt we issued when you deposited the Product with us.

Returns - We cannot accept the return of items that have been made by request or made to specification or engraved or, personalised or altered but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. Please see our – Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.

Torts Act 1977

The products described in our receipt are accepted only on condition that if they are not collected or receipt renewed after six months we reserve the right to deal with uncollected products in accordance with the provision of the Torts Interference with Goods Act 1977.
