And the Speedmaster Moonwatch First in Space is no exception. One of the brand’s most iconic timepieces, this model was inspired by the watch worn by astronaut Wally Shirra in 1962 as he orbited the earth during the Sigma 7 mission.
A FORCE TO BE RECKONED WITH
This 40mm model features a stainless steel case paired with a brown leather strap and a black bezel.
The varnished black dial features a small seconds dial, a 30-minute recorder, and a 12-hour recorder. A tachymeter further enhances the incredibly functionality of this chronograph.
Confidently driven by the 1861 calibre movement, the famous calibre that was worn on the moon, this timepiece lives up to its reputation on earth and beyond.
